I have had several investigations in recent months and the service provided by Mr Dighe and his team has been caring, professional, friendly and efficient. This has been my most pleasant experience so far, given the circumstances.

When I was admitted to DVH, the whole process was exceptional from start to finish. The doctor was around every single day explaining the next step of the process as it wasn't straightforward as I needed an ERCP first. I was extremely worried about having surgery but everyone took their time to reassure me. Waking up from surgery I was looked after and everything was explained to me regarding the next step. Overall I am very happy with how I was treated especially during a pandemic. Next time I know I will be in safe hands and will have no worries.
